Fredrik has over 20 years of experience in international business development, specializing in market entry and M&A advisory. He has gained experience at Roland Berger, Accenture, and Business Sweden, where he was Trade Commissioner to Argentina and Chile. Fredrik has lived and worked in five countries on three continents, and has carried out market entry supply chain and M&A projects in 15+ countries around the world. Since more than 10 years he is based in Warsaw. 
As a Vice Chairman of the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce, he is dedicated to fostering stronger business ties between Sweden and Poland, creating new opportunities for collaboration and growth. He holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Tuomas Asunmaa is co-founder of Spondeo, a Finnish-Polish consulting, advisory and headhunting company based in Poznan. Over the years Tuomas and his team have served over 400 foreign companies in the Polish and CEE market and advised tens of Polish companies with Finnish expansion. Besides his role at Spondeo, Tuomas is also long-term board member and ex-chairman of Finnish Trade Guild in Poland and served 6 years in the board of Skandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce.

development in Poland and its expansion into international markets. His successes have made Lech Kaniuk one of the most well-known and respected figures in the startup scene in Poland and Sweden. Awarded by Brief Magazine as one of the top 50 most creative people in Polish business and recognized by Business Link with the #BusinessGuru award.
