Jarosław Miziołek has over 20 years of experience in managing large teams and

implementing significant cubature and infrastructure projects in Poland and abroad. He

became President of the Management Board of Arcadis in Poland on January 1, 2018.

Arcadis is the leading global design, consultancy & engineering organization for natural and built assets.

The company strives to develop infrastructure and construction in line with sustainable

development, emphasizing the social needs of city residents while always considering the

natural environment. 

To this end, under Jarosław’s leadership, Arcadis in Poland is developing new service

branches such as ESG & Sustainability, while also running construction projects in the field of photovoltaic and wind farms, hydro, hydrogen, and geothermal power plants,

electromobility, green energy storage, and energy efficiency.

In 2021 Jarosław Miziołek joined the Top Woman in Real Estate program as a mentor.

Women make up over 40% of the workforce at Arcadis, where they are actively supported

by the management board in their personal and professional development.

Jarosław is heavily involved with the charities supported by Arcadis, including

the Foundation for Transplantation and the #12GodzinDlaŻycia campaign, Habitat for

Humanity, the Foundation "To the rescue of children with cancer" and the Golden Ribbon campaign.

He is a graduate of geodesy and cartography at the Warsaw University of Technology and

holds an Executive MBA diploma.
