Piotr Listwoń – President of the Management Board of the Commodity Exchange S.A.
He has 16 years of experience in the trading and clearing operations of commodity futures markets, financial instruments markets, and international transactions within the framework of European electricity market coupling. Piotr has been with the TGE Group since 2008, where he was initially involved in the efforts to launch the operational activities of the Warsaw Commodity Clearing House (IRGiT) and led the implementation of an advanced payment system in IRGiT. From 2013 to 2018, he served as Director of the Clearing and Settlement Department and Director of International Cooperation Development at IRGiT. During that time, he also represented the company at general meetings of the European Association of CCP Clearing Houses (EACH).
Between April 2018 and June 2024, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of TGE, where he was responsible for the operational activities of the Exchange and the development of its product offering. Among other things, he supervised the launch of the European Intraday Market (XBID) operating 24/7/365, the launch of futures trading on the Organized Trading Facility (OTF), and the implementation of a comprehensive liquidity improvement program. Between October 2023 and June 2024, in addition to his role as Vice President of TGE, he also served as Vice President of IRGiT's Management Board.
From December 2020 to August 2024, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of InfoEngine, a subsidiary of the TGE Group. On June 29, 2024, he became the President of the Management Board of TGE. Since April 2018, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Foundation, and in January 2021, he joined the Management Board of the Association of Power Exchanges (APEx).
Piotr Listwoń is a graduate of the Faculty of Strategic Management at the Polish Open University (POU/Oxford Brookes University), where he also obtained an MBA degree.
