Krzysztof Labowski has been serving as Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. (Bank for Environmental Protection PLC) since April 2024.

Since May 2024 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, BOŚ Leasing S.A.

He has a wealth of experience in corporate banking and providing financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises. His career began and developed over many years at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. (a member of Citigroup), where, for a number of years, he was responsible for the SME client segment, among other responsibilities. At Bank Millennium, he worked as Director of the Corporate Banking Department, overseeing relations with corporate clients in western Poland. He also served as Director of Payment Products and Services at PayU S.A., a company owned by the South African conglomerate Naspers. Most recently, he served as CEO of Ezzon Energia sp. z o.o., a brokerage firm specializing in electricity trading.

Mr. Labowski graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Poznań University of Economics. He also holds a PhD in economics and is a lecturer in the Department of Monetary Theory and Policy at the same university. His professional interests include new technologies, digitization, renewable energy sources, electricity markets and the green transformation of businesses.
