Magdalena Bezulska
CEO at Veolia term
Member of the Program Council of the Polish Climate Congress.
Magdalena Bezulska has been associated with the Veolia Group since 1999. She has served as the President of Veolia Term Group S.A. since May 2019, overseeing the provision of district heating to more than 60 cities. She also chairs the supervisory boards of five subsidiary companies within the Veolia Term Group. Active in the energy sector since 2012, she is a highly effective business developer and manager with strong organizational and leadership skills. She is currently leading projects focused on decarbonizing district heating systems in small and medium-sized cities.
From 2013 to 2019, she was a Management Board Member of Veolia Energia Polska S.A. and the HR Director for Veolia Group in Poland. She also held positions on the supervisory boards of companies in Warsaw, Poznań, Łódź, Tarnowskie Góry, and CUW. Additionally, she represented ZPPE Lewiatan on the tripartite team.
Since March 2019, she has been a member of the management board of the Veolia Foundation, which was established in 2016. Between 1999 and 2012, she worked in the environmental division (CGEA ONYX/Veolia Environmental Services). Until 2008, she was responsible for the company’s acquisition projects in Poland, serving as Deputy General Director, Board Member, and proxy. From 2008 to 2012, she held the role of Director of Corporate and HR Affairs and proxy.
She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, and completed postgraduate studies in territorial management at Lille 1 University in France and an Executive MBA in HR at Łazarski University. She also holds a Supervisory Board Member License from the Polish Ministry of State Treasury and is an alumna of the Academy of Women Leaders founded by Henryka Bochniarz.
Magdalena was a finalist in the 2021 Businesswoman of the Year competition and was listed among the "25 Pearls of Polish Business" by Gazeta Finansowa in 2021.

A leader in decarbonization projects. She is responsible for creating a plan to phase out coal by 2030 and oversees its implementation. Head of innovative projects.
An engineer by education and passion. She is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, majoring in energy. She earned her MBA at the University of Bradford and the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. She also graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. A science enthusiast, eager to share knowledge and experience. She is the head and lecturer of the MBA Energy program at Lazarski University and also a lecturer at the University of Children in Warsaw.
