Piotr Listwoń – prezes zarządu Towarowej Giełdy Energii S.A.
Posiada 16-letnie doświadczenie w zakresie obrotu i rozliczeń rynków terminowych towarowych, rynku instrumentów finansowych oraz transakcji międzynarodowych realizowanych w ramach mechanizmu łączenia europejskich rynków energii elektrycznej. Z Grupą Kapitałową TGE jest związany od 2008 r., gdzie początkowo był zaangażowany w prace nad uruchomieniem działalności operacyjnej Izby Rozliczeniowej Giełd Towarowych S.A. oraz kierował wdrożeniem zaawansowanego systemu płatności w IRGiT. W latach 2013–2018 pełnił funkcję dyrektora Działu Rozliczeń i Rozrachunku oraz dyrektora rozwoju współpracy międzynarodowej w IRGiT. W tym czasie reprezentował również spółkę w walnych zgromadzeniach stowarzyszenia EACH (European Association of CCP Clearing Houses) zrzeszającego izby rozliczeniowe CCP w Europie.
Od kwietnia 2018 r. do czerwca 2024 r. pełnił funkcję wiceprezesa zarządu Towarowej Giełdy Energii, gdzie odpowiadał za działalność operacyjną Giełdy oraz rozwój oferty produktowej. Nadzorował m.in. uruchomienie europejskiego Rynku Dnia Bieżącego (XBID) w trybie 24/7/365, uruchomienie notowań instrumentów terminowych na zorganizowanej platformie obrotu OTF czy też zaimplementowanie kompleksowego programu poprawy płynności. Równolegle do sprawowania funkcji wiceprezesa zarządu TGE, od października 2023 r. do czerwca 2024 r. był także wiceprezesem zarządu IRGiT. Od grudnia 2020 r. do sierpnia 2024 r. pełnił ponadto funkcję przewodniczącego rady nadzorczej InfoEngine, spółki wchodzącej w skład GK TGE.
Stanowisko prezesa zarządu TGE objął 29 czerwca 2024 r. Od kwietnia 2018 r. jest członkiem rady nadzorczej Fundacji Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., natomiast w styczniu 2021 r. dołączył do zarządu międzynarodowego
stowarzyszenia giełd energii APEx (Association of Power Exchanges).
Piotr Listwoń jest absolwentem Wydziału Zarządzania Strategicznego Wyższej Szkoły Zarządzania (POU/Oxford Brookes University), gdzie uzyskał także dyplom MBA.
Piotr Listwoń – President of the Management Board
Piotr Listwoń has 16 years’ experience in managing trading and clearing operations on commodity forward markets, the financial instruments market as well as for international transactions carried out as part of the market coupling of the European electricity markets. He has been associated with the TGE Group since 2008, where he was initially involved in efforts aimed at launching the operations the Warsaw Commodity Clearing House (IRGiT) and led the implementation of an advanced payment system in IRGiT. In the years 2013-2018 he was Director of Clearing and Settlement Department and Director of International Cooperation Development in IRGiT. At that time, he also represented the Company at the general meetings of EACH (European Association of CCP Clearing Houses).
Between April 2018 and June 2024 he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of TGE, where he was responsible for the Exchange’s operations and product development. He supervised, among other things, the launch of the European Intraday Market (XBID) 24/7/365, the launch of forwards trading on the OTF and the implementation of a comprehensive liquidity improvement project. Between October 2023 and June 2024, in addition to the role of Vice-President of the Management Board of TGE, he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of IRGiT.
Between December 2020 and August 2024 he also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of InfoEngine, a subsidiary of the TGE Group.
On 29 June 2024, he was appointed President of the Management Board of TGE.
Since April 2018, he has served as member of the Supervisory Board of the GPW Foundation, and in January 2021, he joined the Management Board of the Association of Power Exchanges (APEx).
Piotr Listwoń graduated from the Faculty of Strategic Management of the Polish Open University (POU/Oxford Brookes University) where he also obtained an MBA degree.
